Luna d\u2019Or nasce da un territorio straordinario: il Veneto, culla del Prosecco e simbolo di una cultura enologica che affonda le radici nei secoli. I nostri vigneti si estendono tra le province di Treviso e Venezia, un\u2019area dove la Glera trova il suo habitat ideale grazie al clima mite, alle brezze delle Prealpi e ai terreni ricchi di minerali.<\/span><\/p>

Qui, ogni filare \u00e8 curato con attenzione quotidiana: vendemmia manuale, rispetto dei cicli naturali e pratiche agricole sostenibili sono i cardini del nostro lavoro. Utilizziamo il metodo Charmat lungo, una tecnica che prevede una lenta rifermentazione in autoclave, capace di esaltare gli aromi naturali e di garantire un perlage fine e persistente.<\/p>

Ma il nostro metodo non \u00e8 solo tecnica: \u00e8 una filosofia. Produciamo vini che rispettano la terra, riducendo l\u2019impatto ambientale e valorizzando la biodiversit\u00e0. Il risultato? Bollicine che raccontano il paesaggio, la storia e l\u2019anima del nostro territorio.
